Community Care Concepts was
founded and developed in Cheyenne, Wyoming in November of
2007. A group of individuals were brought together with one
common denominator, the Cranmore's, a family in a desperate
situation, and in need of major home repairs. We were unable
to find an existing non-profit to take on our project, so
with the help of our attorney, Mark Macy, and Brenda Duckett
our CPA, we were able to form our own non-profit organiztion,
Community Care Concepts. Upon completion of the Cranmore project
our mission is to help other individuals and families in the
community that are facing the same dilemma as the Cranmores.
