Contribution Levels:

$1-$500......................Bronze

$501-$2500...................Silver

$2501-$5000..................Gold

$5000 and up............Platinum

Contributors will be recognized in the local paper once the project is complete, as well as on our website. Community Care Concepts is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductable to the full extent of the law. A thank you letter will be mailed to you and will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.

Funds will be used for the current project under construction. Any remaining funds will be applied to future projects. A small portion of funds may be used for admisistrative purposes.

 

Material/Labor donations:

If you are a business or vendor that would like to donate materials and/or labor for this project, please conatact us at information@communitycareconcepts.org or call us at 307-214-1460
