April 28- May 3 Pour and strip foundation
May 3 Demolition Begins
May 4-15 Demo, re-frame existing house, frame new addition, set windows and doors, pour flatwork
May 15-June 2 Electrical, plumbing & H-Vac roughs
May 22-27
 Tear off and re-roof
June 2-16 Drywall, paint and stucco
June 16-30 Interior trim, cabinets and tile
July 2-8 H-Vac, electrical trim
July 8-16 Set counter tops, plumbing trim and carpet
July 16-August 1 Final grade, misc site work, final clean up
